Hello from Shannon. Animals have been my best friends for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a household full of cats and dogs. I have been caring for critters professionally for a decade. All critters, large, small, furry, feathered and bald, bring me joy. I look forward to meeting your babies.
Hello, my name is Michelle. I have been working in animal welfare, including Love Pet Care for the past six years, completing over 3,000 in home care appointments in the process! Animals are my passion and I treat every single one as an individual, just as you would with people. Every pet will receive specialized attention and supervision under my care. I promise to always treat your pets with the utmost respect, kindness, and love that they deserve.
I was born and raised in an animal family. One of the first things I learned was how to love and take care of animals. We had several cats growing up so I understand and work well with the many moods and actions of cats. I respect their boundaries, while still expressing love and taking care of their needs. After moving out on my own, I have lived with and taken care of several dogs, both large and small. I have developed a unique relationship with dogs where I meet their needs and give them the attention they love, while also ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. In addition to caring for cats and dogs, I also love taking care of reptiles. I'm familiar with some of the care and needs of certain reptiles. I would love to take care of your pets and I am excited to meet them!
Hi! My name is Gahi, and I’m currently a graduate student at USC. I’ve been a proud cat parent since 2017 and have spent the past several years caring for cats, dogs, and more with the same love and attention I give my own pets. When I’m not looking after animals, I enjoy painting and occasionally showcase my artwork at local coffee shops around Los Angeles and the Bay Area. I’m experienced with administering topical medications and always aim to make every pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable until their family returns.
I'm a big animal lover, I've had both cats and dogs, I honestly could not choose between them if you asked. Our animals are our babies, I aim on providing care and happiness for your pet and peace of mind for you. Just know that your little fur babies (or furless, all dogs are beautiful) will be well taken care of and happy while you're gone. :)
Hello! My name is Priscilla, and I love taking care of animals. I have two dogs, one who loves to hike and adventure, and one who loves to cuddle, sunbathe, and take leisurely walks. I also have volunteered at an animal shelter. I have experience taking care of dogs of all ages/sizes/energy levels. I have experience taking care of cats, as well, and have helped bottle feed kittens! It is a joy to give furry friends what they need, especially love!
Helloooo! My name is Angie. I’m a retired bodyguard, and I always did K-9 unit work after 9/11, looking for explosives. I’ve always been a huge animal lover, growing up in Alaska since 1962. We had a variety of animals growing up—I raised a duck from an egg for almost 20 years. We had a wolf husky for 21 years, so we always grew up with dogs. Then I raised a bobcat for 19 years.
Also, I have three cats now that are four years old and rescued. I rescued a bunch of dogs from a euthanization shelter and kept one of them, she sadly just passed away at 21 years old. I’ve taken care of a lot of people‘s dogs, and I treat them just like I would my own animals. I like to play with the cats, I like to bring treats for the dogs, and I like to walk them or play fetch with them to make sure they have a good time.
I make sure all the water bowls are cleaned, the food bowls are cleaned, and the litterboxes too. I actually sweep, and I’ve been known to clean up people’s apartments when they are away - taking out the trash so it doesn’t smell when they come back, especially if there’s cat litter in it. If you want someone to help take care of your pets, I would love to help take care of your fur babies. Cheers!
Hi there, my name is Janice! I started pet sitting during my pre-college years, helping neighbors and family members care for their pets. Since then, I’ve continued to provide pet care all around the Los Angeles area, and I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful pets and pet parents along the way.
I’m comfortable caring for dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, reptiles, birds, bunnies, turtles, fish, and even snakes. With a background in psychology, I’m especially attuned to subtle signs of stress or happiness, which helps me make each pet feel safe, understood, and cared for.
One of my most memorable moments was helping a neighbor’s kitten give birth - witnessing that little miracle was something I’ll never forget. Another special experience was earning the trust of a shy rescue cat named Luna, who slowly came out of her shell after a few days of gentle patience and quiet companionship. Moments like those remind me why I love what I do, every day brings a new adventure and a new chance to make a pet feel happy and loved.
If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, patient, and passionate about animals, I’d love the opportunity to meet your loved ones!
